The effect of COVID on customer service!
Due to the nature of our business there has been very little effect on how we conduct business. We have designed websites for customers all over South Africa and internationally. The process has always been one of remote or distance communication with most of our clients in the form of email, telephone or video conferencing which has proven to be very effective in completing projects to the customers satisfaction.
The only real change is that we have removed our business from Google my business which in effect is a brick and mortar Google listed physical location where our clients could visit our offices and meet with us face to face. In the interest of safety we have closed down the physical office and run a purely digital one.
So in fact its business as usual as far as customer service goes. We don’t need to meet you physically to take on your project.
